Aimed at promoting the development of our nonprofit community here in Loudoun and northern Fauquier counties, our 2022 Nonprofit Compensation Report serves as tool for nonprofit decision makers as they increase their capacity to serve the public. Based on survey results from 56 participating nonprofits in our area, the report offers data and conclusions in four main categories:
