Nonprofits have faced significant challenges during COVID-19. Thankfully, with recent vaccine developments it looks like there is finally a light at the end of the tunnel. There is no time like the present for organizations to start thinking about the future, and it isn’t as simple as “flipping the switch.”

Considerations such as client needs, program offerings, delivery methods, employee and volunteer re-integration much be addressed, as well as when and how to transition. Nonprofits must to look to the future not the past, as so much has changed since the pandemic began.

In this session, we’ll discuss the need to be strategic about the future, key things nonprofits need to prepare for, and ideas to help them successfully evolve—and thrive—in this new world.

Participants will learn:

  • How to think about life after COVID-19
  • Where to focus your attention in planning efforts
  • Practical decision-making approaches
  • What you need to do right now to prepare
