One of the greatest challenges facing nonprofits is attracting and retaining qualified talent. The Great Resignation has impacted the American economy, but it has placed a particular devastating toll on the nonprofit sector that was already facing challenges attracting and retaining qualified talent.

The Reimagine Nonprofit Recruitment and Retention Strategies workshop will help nonprofits develop strategies to successfully recruit and retain staff using innovative approaches to help establish recruiting plans, recruiting diverse talent, writing inclusive job descriptions, retention tools, and much more.

About the Nonprofit Academy
In partnership with the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce and its Nonprofit Initiative, the Community Foundation for Loudoun and Northern Fauquier Counties launched an ongoing workshop and training program for area nonprofits called the Nonprofit Academy. Each year, more than 200 attendees join workshops on fundraising, administration and HR, and publicity and outreach.
