The Community Foundation for Loudoun and Northern Fauquier Counties is proud to announce a new partnership to distribute J’s Journey: The Life, Leadership, and Legacy of J Hamilton Lambert, written by Gerald L. Gordon, Ph.D.
J’s Journey, a book for practitioners and students of public administration, tells the story of J Hamilton Lambert’s remarkable leadership. A group of businessmen and women and other community leaders worked together to ensure that J’s story is told. J’s Journey “is about a man who is unique in immeasurable ways and who…has dedicated sixty-two years of his life to helping others; and still is.”

J Hamilton Lambert Youth in Service Endowment
In honor of Mr. Lambert’s incredible service to our community, his friends and colleagues have established the J Hamilton Lambert Youth in Service Endowment fund at the Community Foundation for Loudoun and Northern Fauquier Counties. This field-of-interest fund will provide grants to organizations in our community supporting youth leadership development and youth seeking careers in civil service or public administration.
