The Community Foundation for Loudoun and Northern Fauquier Counties recently launched the Scaffolding Fund fund. Created by Kirsten and Will Langhorne, this field-of-interest fund is dedicated to helping build stronger supports and structures around marginalized and vulnerable members of our Northern Fauquier and Loudoun community.
“Our family hasn’t been immune to serious challenges, but we’ve navigated through them with relative ease because we’ve had the resources to help stabilize our lives while confronting the problems in front of us,” said Kirsten Langhorne. “We hope this fund will provide relief to others tackling life’s difficulties so they too can emerge from a challenging time without having had their financial resources completely depleted.”
